Community Service Exhibits
Plan on visiting the community service area located on the West end of the community center. Various local and civic groups will have displays including: Brevard Rare Fruit Council, Indian River Auxiliary, Coast Guard Auxiliary, V-Twin Concepts and much more!
Grant Historical House
The Grant Historical House will be closed during the festival, but be sure to visit this unique house on a different trip. |

Grant Seafood Festival Parking As always with the Grant Seafood Festival there is free admission and free parking. Parking is coordinated and controlled through the efforts of the Brevard county sheriff's dept. and local volunteers. Shuttle carts will be available to transport patrons from remote parking areas. Distance markers will be posted along main routes so festival attendees will be able to determine parking and or walking distance.
Grant Library Book Sale
The Grant Library will be holding their annual book sale on the front porch of the Grant Community Center located at 4580 1st street during the regular festival hours. Hundreds of used books; hard cover as well as paperback will be sold with proceeds from the sale being used to purchase new books and videos for the Grant Library. Our library is not a part of the Brevard County Library System, rather it is run solely on a volunteer effort and is funded primarily through the Grant Community Club.
