Become An Exhibitor
Thanks for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the 60th Annual Grant Seafood Festival! Please download the guideline document and read the information thoroughly.
Booths are 10x10 in size and cost $250.
If you have specific booth requests feel free to include them on your application, please note we will do our best to accommodate however, not all requests will be granted.
ALL payment and insurance information must be submitted by February 1st, 2027, or your spot will be forfeited.
Insurance is required for all vendors; you must provide a current certificate of Special Event Liability Insurance covering you and your booth for the dates of the festival. The Certificate Holder section must read, “Grant Community Club, Inc., 4580 1st Street, Grant, Florida 32949” and the same must be listed as Additional Insured. Minimum coverage limits must be $1,000,000.00.
For individuals providing a form of payment along with their application, payment will be processed at the time of acceptance and receipts will be provided along with your approval letter. If you sign up for the festival and decide to cancel your booth fee will not be refunded, so please plan accordingly.
When applying please provide:
